Job summary

Nexus Manpower Solutions in Mumbai seeks a pricing professional for project cargo and breakbulk pricing. You will manage RFQ pricing, obtain ocean freight quotes, negotiate with shipping lines, and coordinate with vendors for transport costs.

You will work with the BD team on project queries, respond to tenders and RFQs, and support pricing negotiations for customer proposals, ensuring clear communication with network, customers, carriers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in pricing for RFQs and project shipments.

Responsibilities

• Handles pricing for all Project RFQs, pricing for Project shipments on PAN India basis
• Obtains ocean freight rates, negotiates with shipping lines, and coordinates with vendors for transportation costs.
• Pricing Strategy Formulation
• Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and ground transport vendors for break bulk projects ,ODC
• Work closely with BD team to assist with project related queries, including RFQs
• Independently handle and respond to tenders and RFQs
• Assist with pricing negotiations of customers proposals
• Communicate actively with network, customers, carriers, and vendors on all operational and commercial issues
