Job summary

Lavya Associates HR Services is helping a leading Life Insurance Company recruit a Senior Manager for the Agency Vertical in Gurugram (Haryana). The role focuses on building and guiding a field team, optimizing agency performance, and driving profitable growth through channel leadership and strategic execution.

You will manage 3–5 Area Managers and Branch Managers, monitor product mix, develop business plans, and ensure high service standards while sustaining a robust advisor network.

Responsibilities

• Handling a team of 3 to 5 Area Managers and Branch Managers.
• Ensuring better delivery, quality, and overall operating relationship of the company.
• To monitor Product Mix/Riders so that branch profitability is maintained.
• Formulating business development plans to achieve business targets.
• Maximizing customer satisfaction level, monitoring customer complaints and providing efficient services.
• Preparing MIS of team members and keep a track of their performances.
• Developing and sustaining the existing network of esteemed financial consultants and clients.
• Ensure the activation of old financial consultant drive team for continuous recruitment of new financial consultants.
• Optimising sales methods to best acquire, develop and retain customers.
