• Maximise customer satisfaction and address complaints efficiently.
• Prepare MIS for team members and track performance.
• Develop and sustain the network of financial consultants and clients.
• Activate old consultant drive teams for continuous recruitment.
• Optimise sales methods to acquire, develop and retain customers.

• Maximizing customer satisfaction level, monitoring customer complaints and providing efficient services.
• Preparing MIS of team members and keep a track of their performances.
• Developing and sustaining the existing network of esteemed financial consultants and clients.
• Ensure the activation of old financial consultant drive team for continuous recruitment of new financial consultants.
