Role & responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the overall functioning of the Student Care Cell.
• Develop and implement student support, engagement, and welfare initiatives.
• Establish effective mechanisms for receiving, tracking, and resolving student grievances and concerns.
• Coordinate with academic departments, administration, hostel, transport, security, medical, counselling, and other relevant units for student support.
• Monitor student complaints, requests, feedback, and cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and monitor Student Care KPIs, MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Conduct regular reviews of student issues and identify recurring concerns and areas for improvement.
• Maintain proper documentation and confidential records of student cases.
• Organize student interaction sessions, feedback activities, orientation programs, and awareness initiatives.
