Job summary

Qualifications

Role & responsibilities

Lead the newly established campus life vertical to create a vibrant, engaging and student-centric campus by managing clubs, student leadership, events, wellness, alumni engagement and overall student experience.

• - Develop and execute the annual campus life & student engagement plan
• - Manage and strengthen 50+ student clubs, chapters and societies
• - Mentor student leaders and conduct leadership development programmes
• - Plan and execute cultural, technical, sports, innovation and flagship campus events
• - Enhance campus life through student activities, common spaces and engagement initiatives
• - Coordinate with departments, hostel, alumni, industry and faculty advisors
• - Manage club budgets, sponsorships, SOPs and governance
• - Monitor student participation, satisfaction and engagement metrics
• - Drive student communications, newsletters and digital engagement
• - Submit periodic reports and recommend improvements

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with 5 - 8 years of experience in student affairs, campus life, higher education, events or youth engagement and good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
