Job summary

Skillventory in Navi Mumbai is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition lead to drive end-to-end bulk hiring across EPC, construction, infrastructure and data centre projects. You will mentor a TA team, align with hiring managers, and optimize sourcing through portals, vendors, LinkedIn and direct sourcing.

The role requires strong bulk hiring experience, stakeholder management and the ability to manage multiple mandates with tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in EPC / Construction / Infrastructure / Data Centre industries.
• Proven ability to lead bulk and project hiring.
• Strong sourcing, networking and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end volume hiring for EPC, Construction, Infrastructure & Data Centre projects.
• Manage and mentor a TA team, drive hiring targets, productivity and TAT.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Drive sourcing through job portals, vendors, LinkedIn, networking and direct sourcing.
• Build talent pipelines and manage bulk/project hiring across multiple locations.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage the offer-to-joining process.
• Track recruitment MIS, closures, TAT, pipeline and team performance.
• Drive recruitment process improvements and employer branding initiatives.
