Job summary

ICICI Lombard GIC Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai is hiring a Team Coach Sales (Voice) to lead a captive call center sales team and drive outbound performance. You will mentor 5–10 agents, monitor KPIs, and guide daily sales initiatives to achieve targets.

Candidates should have 3+ years total experience, with 1–2 years as a Sales Team Leader in Domestic BPO–Voice, and hold Any Graduate or MBA. Motor/Health/Travel insurance exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Total experience: 3+ years in BPO/voice sales.
• 1–2 years as Sales Team Leader (Domestic BPO – Voice).
• Education: Any Graduate or MBA (FT or distance).
• Preference for team handling in Motor/Health/Travel Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage & drive sales performance of 5–10 team members.
• Coach, train, motivate, and support team for target achievement.
• Monitor KPIs – Sales, Conversion, Productivity, Quality.
• Provide regular call feedback and performance reviews.
• Assist Team Manager in process improvement & quality initiatives.
• Ensure positive work culture and continuous learning.
• Handle daily sales & service request management.
• Meet and exceed department goals.
• Apply performance management standards consistently.

Role Overview
