Rivera Manpower Services in Bengaluru is hiring for a Senior Analyst, Client Support in the Insurance domain. The role is hybrid with 3 weeks WFH and 1 week WFO, on US shift.

You will handle international voice processes, manage claims documentation, and coordinate with US clients to deliver high-quality service. Immediate joiners with 4+ years of experience are preferred.

• 4+ years experience in International Voice (Mandatory).
• Experience in Insurance / Healthcare / Banking Voice.
• Strong Client Handling & Stakeholder Management Skills.
• Only Graduates (No Distance / Open University).
• Stable Career Profile Preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
