Keka Technologies Private Limited in Morbi, Gujarat seeks an experienced Engineering & Maintenance leader for Unit-4 to oversee plant and machinery, drive preventive maintenance, and optimize costs. The role demands strong project planning, leadership, and ERP proficiency to support production plans.

Responsibilities include maintenance planning, resource allocation, KPI monitoring, compliance liaison, and coaching a team to achieve minimal downtime and cost-efficient operations in a transformer

Qualifications

• 12+ years in large-scale manufacturing (transformer exposure preferred)

• Manage and evaluate 3M resources (Man, Machine, Material) to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
• Strive to reduce downtime and increase productivity across all production stages
• Escalate issues affecting Sales & Production plan to senior management
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product & Workforce quality
• Liaise with managers or external agencies to ensure compliances

Job description

He shall be responsible for the Engineering & Maintenance function for Unit-4.

The role requires extensive management of Plant and machinery including new tool developement & Industrial Engineering practices. Brief responsibilities are as given below

• Annual Preventive Maintenance planning
• Monthly PPM based on Sales & Production plan for the month
• Planning of OPEX including PLH, Spares & Consumables
• Resource allocation for PPM and routine shift management
• Monitoring of PLH and taking appropriate actions to reduce unit cost
• Training and developement of team members
• Material indenting & ERP up-dation
• Providing support for plant inspections by various clients
• Monitoring E&M KPIs, reviewing variances and taking corrective actions
• Liasoning and support for compliances

The goal is to ensure an efficient and cost-effective maintenance management process that meets organisation business requirements.

Your responsibilities:

Knowledge & Skill sets expected:

• 12 plus years’ experience in large scale manufacturing unit (Preference shall be given to those having transformer factory exposure)
• 5 plus years’ experience in a capacity of Lead Manager
• Excellent project planning management skills
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
• Proven track record of successfully training employees in planning & production
• Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• K nowledge of transformer manufacturing process
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

Qualification & Experience:

• 1.BE/B-Tech (Elect/Mech) or Diploma (Elect/Mech)
• 2.Min 12 years' experience for BE/B-Tech or min 15 years' experience for Diploma
