Job summary

Hero Vired, part of the Hero Group, is hiring a Senior Learning Consultant (Degree) to drive consultative sales of online UG and PG degree programs to working professionals, freshers, and students. You will guide prospects through enrollment and help them make informed career decisions.

Key duties include engaging learners via calls, demos, emails, and chats; tailoring program recommendations to goals; and managing the full sales cycle from lead to enrollment.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in B2C Sales preferably EdTech only.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior experience in selling online degree or upskilling programs is a plus.

Responsibilities
