Hero Vired is seeking a Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential learners and guiding them through our enrolment process.

We're an innovative and rapidly growing ed‑tech startup backed by the Hero Group, a respected business house with a diverse portfolio of companies like Hero MotoCorp and BML Munjal University. Our mission is to revolutionize education by providing premium, industry‑relevant programs that are deeply aligned with industry needs. We aim to help learners transform their aspirations into reality through online certification and degree programs for both university students and working professionals.

What You'll Do

• Conducting outbound calls and following up with leads to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Engaging with prospective candidates through various channels, including telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats.
• Building impactful discussions with candidates to help them enroll in our programs.
• Managing the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, using CRM systems like Salesforce, Lead Squared, and NoPaperForms.
• Adhering to high‑quality sales practices and processes to consistently drive results.

What We're Looking For

• 0-5 years of experience in a B2C sales environment with a proven track record of sales achievements.
• A solid understanding of Dialer Operations and CRM management, specifically with tools such as Salesforce, Lead Squared, and NoPaperForms.
• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• A high level of ownership and the ability to establish processes from scratch.
• A strong focus on achieving results and perseverance when facing challenges.
• Prior experience in a startup environment is preferred.
