Job summary

Hero Vired, a Hero Group company, is hiring for a Senior Academic Associate (Degree) in B2C Sales. The role involves engaging with prospective learners through calls, demos, emails, and chats, understanding their education and career goals, and guiding them to suitable programs.

You will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment, use CRM tools such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms, and strive to exceed sales targets with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in B2C Sales preferably EdTech only.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior experience in selling online degree or upskilling programs is a plus.
