Job summary

Herox in Nashik is seeking an energetic sales professional to drive enrollments in our learning programs. You will conduct outbound calls, interact with candidates through demos, emails, and chats, and guide them toward the right degree offerings.

The role emphasizes strong communication, CRM proficiency, and disciplined sales processes to consistently hit targets. Prior experience in B2C sales and familiarity with Salesforce, Lead Squared, and NoPaperForms are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a B2C sales environment.
• Strong understanding of Dialler Operations and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, listening and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to new prospects and follow up with leads to meet sales objectives.
• Engage candidates via telecalls, demos, emails, and chats to showcase learning programs.
• Understand candidate backgrounds and guide them toward suitable degree programs (BA, BCom, BSc, MA, MCom, MBA, etc.).
• Develop engaging discussions to drive enrollment in learning programs.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales funnel and drive data-driven sales activities.
• Maintain high-quality sales practices and adhere to strong sales processes to meet targets.

• Understand each leads background, educational goals, career aspirations, and guide them toward suitable degree programs (BA, BCom, BSc, MA, MCom, MCA, MBA, etc.).
• Develop impactful and engaging discussions with prospective candidates, ensuring their enrollment in our learning programs.
• Employ data-driven sales management techniques, effectively managing the entire sales funnel and leveraging CRM tools such as Salesforce, Lead Squared, and No Paper Forms.
• Emphasize high-quality sales practices and adhere to strong sales processes, driving results and meeting targets consistently.

Requirements

• Possess 1-5 years of experience in a B2C sales environment, demonstrating a track record of exceptional sales achievements.
