Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a seasoned leader in Investment Banking Operations to head a large Corporate Actions team. The role demands 15+ years in Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions, deep domain knowledge, and proven ability to manage 30–60 members with strong stakeholder oversight.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in mandatory and dividends processing, plus skill in process migrations and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the Investment Banking domain, specifically Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions.
• Deep expertise in Mandatory Corporate Actions, Dividends, Income Processing.
• Experience in Voluntary Corporate Actions is an added advantage.
• Proven experience managing large teams (30–60 members).
• Strong stakeholder management and risk management capabilities.
• Experience in process migrations (US to India, or Client to Vendor) is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in transformation, process improvement, and process re‑engineering.
• Willingness to work in night shift (US hours).
• Willingness to work from office depending on client’s and/or organization’s requirement.
