Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design and maintain cloud-based data pipelines. The role requires expertise in Python, SQL, Airflow, and Snowflake, with strong capabilities in data warehousing, ETL, and API development.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI/Looker, and ensure security and compliance across data processes. Agile Scrum experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related roles, with specialized experience on cloud platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and one or more data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow).
• Expertise in AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda).
• Extensive experience with Snowflake, including data warehousing, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in ETL tools, data integration, and API development.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional teams.
• Experience within Agile Scrum frameworks to deliver iterative value.
• Strong understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance.
• Certifications in AWS or Snowflake are a plus.
