Job summary

The Corporate Institute in India is seeking a Senior Leader in Asset Servicing to guide a large Corporate Actions team and drive delivery excellence across key investment banking operations.

You will leverage 15+ years of experience in Corporate Actions, dividends, income processing, and risk management to optimize processes and manage stakeholders. Night US hours alignment and readiness to migrate processes from US to India.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Servicing and Corporate Actions.
• Deep expertise in Corporate Actions, Dividends and Income Processing.
• Experience in Voluntary Corporate Actions is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to manage large teams (30-60 members) and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large Corporate Actions team and drive delivery excellence.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and oversee risk management activities.
• Drive process migrations and transformation initiatives (US to India / Client to Vendor).
• Be willing to work the night shift aligned to US hours.
