Job summary

Broadridge India is seeking a delivery-focused professional to partner with product managers, drive AI-based implementations, and shape scalable technical solutions within financial services.

You will navigate multi-squad delivery, manage risks, and engage with clients to align scope and milestones while ensuring quality through robust UAT practices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology products, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge of corporate actions processing and lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile delivery across multiple client platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset for evaluating requirements and shaping solutions.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, multi-threading, real-time messaging, and cloud platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with product managers to review and challenge requirements – balancing complexity, cost, performance, and maintainability.
• AI based implementations, plan and drive delivery across multiple agile squads, ensuring milestone commitments are met.
• Actively contribute to technical solutions – understanding design choices, engaging in trade-off discussions, and ensuring long-term scalability.
• Monitor risks, track progress, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Join client discussions to confidently articulate solutions, negotiate scope, and manage delivery expectations.
• Own UAT issue management once issues are assigned to development – ensuring they are assessed, routed to the right squad, prioritized appropriately, and tracked through to resolution.
• Work with Squad Leads, Product Management, and PMO to plan and coordinate deliverables across sprints – including facilitating sprint planning to ensure priorities, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly understood and ready for execution.

What You Bring

• Strong experience delivering technology products/projects – ideally in financial services.
• Solid understanding of corporate actions processing and lifecycle.
• Exposure to Agile delivery and multi-client platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently evaluate requirements and shape solutions.
• Understanding of key technical concepts:
  • Multi-threading, real-time messaging, REST APIs, file-based integration
  • Database fundamentals and web application architectures
  • Cloud platforms (incl. cost, performance, and scale considerations)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – confident engaging with senior business, technology, and client stakeholders.
