Job summary

Broadridge in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Product Delivery professional to partner with product managers, plan agile deliveries, and drive technical solutions for complex financial services projects. You will engage with client stakeholders, manage UAT, and coordinate cross‑squad delivery to ensure timely milestones.

The role emphasizes collaboration, scalability, and a strong analytical approach across cloud, APIs, and real‑time messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering technology products/projects – ideally in financial services.
• Solid understanding of corporate actions processing and lifecycle.
• Exposure to Agile delivery and multi-client platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently evaluate requirements and shape solutions.
• Understanding of key technical concepts: Multi-threading, real‑time messaging, REST APIs, file‑based integration; database fundamentals and web app architectures; cloud platforms (cost, performance and scale).

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to review and challenge requirements – balancing complexity, cost, performance, and maintainability.
• AI based implementations, plan and drive delivery across multiple agile squads, ensuring milestone commitments are met.
• Actively contribute to technical solutions – understanding design choices and ensuring long‑term scalability.
• Monitor risks, track progress, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Join client discussions to articulate solutions, negotiate scope, and manage delivery expectations.
• Own UAT issue management once issues are assigned to development and tracked to resolution.
• Plan and coordinate deliverables across sprints with Squad Leads, Product Management, and PMO.

What you’ll do

• Partner with product managers to review and challenge requirements – balancing complexity, cost, performance, and maintainability.
• AI based implementations, plan and drive delivery across multiple agile squads, ensuring milestone commitments are met.
• Actively contribute to technical solutions – understanding design choices, engaging in trade-off discussions, and ensuring long‑term scalability.
• Monitor risks, track progress, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Join client discussions to confidently articulate solutions, negotiate scope, and manage delivery expectations.
• Own UAT issue management once issues are assigned to development – ensuring they are assessed, routed to the right squad, prioritized appropriately, and tracked through to resolution.
• Work with Squad Leads, Product Management, and PMO to plan and coordinate deliverables across sprints – including facilitating sprint planning to ensure priorities, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly understood and ready for execution.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – confident engaging with senior business, technology, and client stakeholders.
