Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Gurugram. You will drive end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, from requirement understanding to offer rollout, coordinating with hiring managers and delivery teams.

You will source candidates through portals and networks such as LinkedIn and Naukri, build strong pipelines for IT and niche tech roles, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• IT recruitment experience of 2+ years.
• Proficient in sourcing on LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Strong understanding of IT tech stacks including Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, software development.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The role involves end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The recruiter will support hiring across multiple technology domains such as cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI/ML, and software development.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer rollout.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals and professional networks such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Build strong pipelines for IT and niche technology roles.

Screening & Coordination

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and communication.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and delivery teams.
• Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline reports.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases for future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• 2 +years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing experience using platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Good understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Software Development).
