Job summary

Goodfit, Jaipur-based, is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse IT roles. You will source via LinkedIn, Naukri, Ceipal, and other portals, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

The role requires 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience, strong communication, and stakeholder management. Onsite in Jaipur, with opportunities to influence recruitment strategy and mentor junior recruiters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business or related field
• 1–3 years IT recruitment experience
• Proven ability to source and close IT positions

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles from sourcing to onboarding
• Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Ceipal ATS

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and hiring top IT talent, and driving hiring strategies to meet the growing needs of our organization or clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, stakeholder management, hiring best practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate is also expected to mentor junior recruiters and contribute to improving recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
