The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, source through Naukri and LinkedIn, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and maintain strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / Technical Hiring.
• Mandatory experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring.
• Strong screening and evaluation skills.
• Proven ability to source through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.

Responsabilidades

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with IT professionals across various technologies while managing client expectations and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for C2H requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and databases
• Screen and evaluate profiles based on technical and client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / Technical Hiring
• Mandatory experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring
• Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies
• Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals
• Good screening and evaluation skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
• Target-driven and delivery-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with clients / staffing / consultancy environment
• Familiarity with ATS / recruitment tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
