Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT support operations and act as the primary point of contact for IT issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity.
• Configure, monitor and maintain CCTV systems, access controls and surveillance devices.
• Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, allocation, warranty tracking and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, AMC renewals and issue resolution.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding including device setup and user access.
• Monitor network performance and coordinate with ISPs for connectivity issues.

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer with 8+ years of experience who can independently lead day-to-day IT operations, manage IT infrastructure, and drive IT support initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in networking, CCTV configuration, printer support, backup management, IT asset management, and vendor management. The candidate should be capable of leading projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring seamless IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day IT support operations and act as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems, access controls, and surveillance devices.
• Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Manage and monitor backup and recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, asset allocation, warranty tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, AMC renewals, and issue resolution.

• Monitor network performance and coordinate with ISPs for internet and connectivity-related issues.
• Ensure proper IT documentation, SOPs, and compliance records are maintained.
• Support conference room and video conferencing setups.
• Mentor junior IT team members and provide technical guidance whenever required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute IT initiatives and infrastructure improvements.

Required Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Infrastructure, or IT Operations.
• Prior experience in leading IT support activities and managing end-to-end IT operations.
• Experience supporting 100+ users in a corporate environment will be preferred.
• Ability to independently drive projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
