Job summary

Global Vacations in Nagpur district seeks an experienced travel sales professional to design premium international holidays and manage visa, flight and on-ground logistics. You will craft detailed multi-country itineraries, coordinate with international suppliers, and ensure seamless client experiences across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in international leisure travel sales, with at least 3 years in premium or luxury packages.
• Personal or detailed working knowledge of at least 8 to 10 major international destinations.
• Strong understanding of Schengen, UK, USA, UAE and other major visa processes.
• Proven record of closing high-value bookings (5 lakh and above) for families or groups.
• Fluent English and Hindi; strong written communication for proposals.
• Advanced Excel costing skills and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on luxury international travel: Europe, UK, Switzerland, Dubai, Maldives, Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, USA and cruises.
• Build detailed, multi-country itineraries with accurate costing, including hotels, transfers, sightseeing and experiences.
• Coordinate with international DMCs and suppliers; negotiate rates and inclusions.
• Guide clients on visa requirements, travel insurance, forex and documentation, and track applications to approval.
• Work with the ticketing team to align flights with the itinerary.
• Handle pre-departure briefings and respond to on-trip issues across time zones.
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets set in your KRAs.
