Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Understand client requirements and recommend international travel packages.
• Design and sell customized itineraries for global destinations.
• Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with international vendors, DMCs, airlines, and hotels.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience (pre & post booking).
• Upsell add-ons such as activities, visas, insurance, and upgrades.
