Qualifications

• 3-9 years of relevant experience in airline ticketing and travel agency operations.
• Experience handling corporate travel accounts is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre.
• Ability to independently handle international fares, ticket issuance, reissues and refunds.
• Knowledge of hotel bookings, holiday packages and travel arrangements.
• Willingness to handle multiple travel services beyond airline ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Handle international and domestic airline reservations and ticket issuance using Galileo, .
• Manage complex international itineraries, multi-city bookings and corporate travel requirements.
• Handle fare construction, reissues, cancellations, refunds and airline fare rules.
• Provide competitive fares, suitable routing options and timely ticketing services.
• Independently manage travel requirements of corporate clients and business travellers.
• Coordinate urgent bookings, last-minute changes and complete travel arrangements.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure prompt, accurate service.
• Handle domestic and international hotel reservations.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate holiday packages and travel itineraries.
• Assist with transfers, travel insurance, visa-related coordination and other travel services.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines and suppliers for competitive rates and confirmed arrangements.

We are looking for a professional who can independently handle international airline ticketing, manage corporate travel requirements and coordinate hotel bookings, holiday packages and other travel services.

Candidates must have hands-on experience working with corporate clients in an IATA travel agency or Travel Management Company (TMC).

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Eligibility

• 3-9 years of relevant experience in airline ticketing and travel agency operations.
• Experience handling corporate travel accounts is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre.
• Ability to independently handle international fares, ticket issuance, reissues and refunds.
• Knowledge of hotel bookings, holiday packages and travel arrangements.
• Willingness to handle multiple travel services beyond airline ticketing.
• Good English communication, client-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage urgent client requirements.

Important Eligibility Criteria

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in IATA-accredited travel agencies or corporate Travel Management Companies.

Candidates whose experience is limited to BPOs, call centres, airline customer support or backend ticketing processes, without direct corporate travel-agency experience, will not be suitable for this position.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
