Job summary

Thomas Cook is seeking a Client Relationship Manager in Gurugram to handle corporate travel operations, ticketing, and client care. You will coordinate weekly visits, drive business reviews, manage escalations, and work with airline teams for the best corporate deals.

Responsibilities include timely invoicing, collections, cross-selling travel products, and meeting monthly/yearly targets while mentoring the team on productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Travel Management Companies (TMCs) or corporate travel operations preferred.
• Proficiency with global distribution systems (GDS) and related booking tools.
• Strong focus on service quality and client handling.

Responsibilities

Job description

Role would require to acts as a client relationship manager

Weekly corporate visit needs to be done

Business review monthly / quarterly / annually

Managing client escalation on real time and providing them appropriate solutions

Manage and coordinate with Airline team to get the best deal for corporate tie up

Ensure the deal mastering is done correctly to ensure effective tracking

Ensure all supporting documents are uploaded in iBook without any miss

Drive PLB carrier sales with the team

Ensure NIL pendency beyond 48 hours

Ensure no WIC ageing beyond 48 hours

Accurate submission of invoices or any payments by supporting credit control team

On time collection - meeting with corporate

Cross selling of other travel related product

Achieve monthly and yearly target as defined by the business

Managing the teams daily activities.

Cross-training existing employees to maximize team agility, performance, and productivity

Manage and maintain relations with the corporates by providing quality service as defined by the organization

Achieve defined targets as set by the business
