Aertrip India Limited, a fast-growing travel-tech platform, seeks a competent B2B Ticketing Executive to manage air bookings, changes, and cancellations for travel agents and corporate partners. You will work with Galileo, Sabre GDS, and NDC channels to issue tickets and ensure accuracy.

The role demands attention to fare rules, penality rules, and timely responses to partner queries. Rotational shifts and a growth-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in B2B air ticketing.
• Graduate in Travel & Tourism, or a diploma in ticketing.
• Working knowledge of Galileo and Sabre GDS.
• Experience with NDC, LCC portals, and online booking tools.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international flight bookings, reissues, date changes, and cancellations for B2B partners.
• Search fares, build itineraries, and issue tickets using Galileo, Sabre GDS, NDC, and related tools.
• Apply fare rules and airline policies correctly; handle refunds and ADM/ACM queries.
• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to resolve booking issues; maintain records.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented B2B Ticketing Executive to handle air ticketing requests from our travel agent and corporate partners. You will manage bookings, changes, and cancellations accurately and on time, and ensure our

Key Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international flight bookings, reissues, date changes, and cancellations for B2B partners
• Use Galileo and Sabre GDS, along with NDC channels, LCC portals, and the Aertrip B2B platform, to search fares, build itineraries, and issue tickets
• Apply fare rules, airline policies, and applicable penalties correctly
• Handle refunds, refund queries, and ADM/ACM-related coordination with airlines
• Respond to partner queries via phone, email, and chat within defined turnaround times
• Coordinate with airlines, the accounts team, and other internal departments to resolve booking issues
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, amendments, and refunds
• Support group bookings and special requests (seat, meal, baggage, etc.)
• Flag fare, inventory, or system issues to the relevant team promptly
• Meet daily and monthly targets for ticketing accuracy and service quality

Skills

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism, or a diploma in ticketing
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in B2B air ticketing
• Working knowledge of Galileo and Sabre GDS
• Experience with NDC, LCC portals, and online booking tools
• Good understanding of airline fare rules, IATA codes, and ticketing procedures
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under time pressure
• Comfortable with MS Excel and email/CRM tools

Good to Have

• Experience with refund and reissue workflows
• Experience handling travel agent or corporate client accounts
