Qualifications

• Sabre GDS and corporate air ticketing experience.
• Experience issuing, reissuing, canceling and refunding tickets.
• Ability to handle complex itineraries and time-sensitive requests.
• Good understanding of fare rules, airline policies and ticketing procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to ticketing quality standards.
• Support the team in maintaining service quality and meeting turnaround times.
