Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare design presentations, concept drawings, and 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Concept Development
• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and material selections.
• Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, and project objectives.
• Create design presentations, concept drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, functionality, budget, and timelines.
• Technical Design & Documentation
• Prepare detailed working drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Develop BOQs, specifications, material schedules, and furniture layouts.
• Review technical drawings and ensure design feasibility.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and execution teams.
• Project Management
• Lead projects from design development to final execution.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and design inspections.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Resolve design-related challenges during execution.
• Client Management
• Present concepts and design proposals to clients.
• Understand feedback and implement revisions effectively.
• Maintain regular communication and ensure client satisfaction.
• Vendor & Team Coordination
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and procurement teams.
