Job summary

Tablespace Bangalore is seeking a seasoned Interior Design Lead to drive large projects from concept through completion, delivering innovative concepts that meet client requirements.

You will develop mood boards, space plans, and design development, review drawings for design intent, select materials within budgets, and coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Construction to ensure on-time, quality delivery across Workplace, Corporate, Commercial interiors.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of Interior Design experience.
• Strong experience in Workplace/Corporate/Commercial Interiors.
• Experience managing projects end-to-end and coordinating with clients, design, procurement and construction teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept development through project completion.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 10-15 years of relevant Interior Design experience.
• B.Arch / Bachelors in Interior Design.
• Strong experience in Workplace / Corporate / Commercial Interiors, with exposure to Hospitality or Residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of space planning, design development, material selection and documentation.
• Experience managing projects end-to-end and coordinating with clients, design, procurement and construction teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration and project management skills.
