Job summary

Kawen Manpower is seeking an experienced Interior Designer with 5+ years in residential and commercial projects to lead from concept to execution, coordinating with clients, vendors and site teams to ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.

You will prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, and detailed working drawings, coordinate with architects and contractors, and prepare BOQs and material specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
• Develop creative interior concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and site engineers.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines.
• Resolve design and execution issues during project implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and materials.
• Maintain proper project documentation and reports.
