Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and well-resolved design concepts.
• Prepare detailed space plans, furniture layouts, material palettes, mood boards, and presentations.
• Develop and coordinate interior design drawings and detailing.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
• Review and evaluate drawings, 3D visuals, materials, finishes, and furniture selections.
• Ensure design intent and quality across projects.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate and mentor junior designers and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a high standard of design quality and detail.

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 7-10 years of professional experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong design sensibility, excellent space-planning abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, detailing, and interior design execution. The candidate should also be capable of taking projects from the initial concept stage through design development and execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop innovative and well-resolved design concepts..

3. Develop and coordinate interior design drawings and detailing.

8. Coordinate and mentor junior designers and ensure smooth workflow within the design team.
9. Maintain a high standard of design quality and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
