Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand lifestyle, preferences, budget, and design requirements.
• Develop luxury interior design concepts.
• Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, material selections, and presentations.
• Create accurate 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Present design concepts and revisions to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, vendors, and procurement teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and resolve design-related site issues.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client expectations.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and design records.
• Mentor junior designers and review design concepts, drawings, and presentations.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
