Ciklum is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Specialist to join our India team in Chennai on a full-time basis. You will drive outbound campaigns, engage with North American prospects, and coordinate closely with the technical team to push consulting and digital engineering engagements.

The role requires 2–4 years in inside sales, strong English communication, and CRM experience. A fast-paced, high-volume environment awaits, with global opportunities and internal mobility.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of inside sales or sales development experience at an international level.
• Clear and polished written and spoken communication skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to work in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment.
• Prior experience with a CRM/sales automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls, email and LinkedIn campaigns to targeted prospects (ICP).
• Pitch Ciklum value proposition for consulting & digital engineering work to North American clients.
• Engage with influencers and decision-makers to schedule pre-sales calls.
• Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects and opportunities.
• Coordinate with the technical team to schedule pre-sales discussions and ensure smooth communication.
• Document daily activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Represent Ciklum with integrity and professionalism in all communications.

About the role:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls, email and Linkedin campaigns to the targeted list of prospects (ICP)
• Pitch Ciklum value proposition for consulting & digital engineering work to companies in-the North American region
• Talk to influencers and decision makers involved in procuring IT/Digital Engineering services and schedule Conference calls
• Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities
• Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest to use our services
• Coordinate with technical Team to schedule pre-sales discussion, ensure smooth communication between prospect, sales team
• Documenting daily activities in Salesforce CRM
• Representing Ciklum with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communication

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of inside sales or sales development experience on international level (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably IT services or software business
• Clear and polished written and spoken communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment
• Ability to conduct in-depth research via various online tools - must
• Prior experience with a CRM and other sales automation tools is a plus
