Ciklum India in Chennai is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a cross-functional team delivering a connected consumer grooming ecosystem across mobile apps, IoT devices, firmware and cloud services.

You will convert epics into user stories, own strategy, scope and priorities, and guide distributed teams. Collaboration spans mobile, firmware, hardware, BLE, UX, QA and partners, with Jira/Confluence maintained for release readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum.
• Hands-on software development background with IoT integrations.
• End-to-end mobile architecture knowledge: APIs, cloud, data flows, security, BLE and firmware.
• Strong requirements engineering and distributed team collaboration.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Desirable: connected-product delivery with mobile UX specs and Figma.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and prioritise the delivery backlog under Epics, keeping items ready for implementation.
• Write and refine User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done.
• Manage dependencies across mobile, firmware, hardware, BLE, cloud and UX.
• Support sprint planning, refinement, release planning and risk elevation.
• Coordinate privacy, security, accessibility and third-party items with the Maintenance Leader.
• Act as main delivery contact between Product Management, mobile, firmware, UX/UI, QA and partners.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence documentation (release notes, specs).
• Track delivery progress and report status and corrective actions.
• Escalate changes affecting scope, priority, budget or release to Product Manager.

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team full-time in India.

About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Delivery of a connected consumer grooming ecosystem covering mobile apps, IoT devices, firmware, BLE connectivity and cloud services. The role takes Epics approved by Product Management and turns them into User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and a sprint‑ready backlog for distributed dev teams. Product Management keeps ownership of strategy, scope, priorities and final acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritise the delivery backlog under approved Epics, keeping items implementation-ready


• Write and refine User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done, with traceability to requirements and releases


• Manage dependencies across mobile, firmware, hardware, BLE, cloud and UX


• Support sprint planning, refinement and release planning, and elevate risks early


• Coordinate PSAT (Privacy, Security, Accessibility, Third-Party) compliance items with the Maintenance Leader


• Act as the main delivery contact between Product Management, mobile, firmware, UX/UI, QA and partners


• Maintain Jira and Confluence documentation (release notes, functional specs)


• Track delivery progress and risks, and report status and corrective actions to Product Management


• Escalate changes affecting scope, priority, budget, compliance or release approval to the Product Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum


• Strong Jira and Confluence experience, with proven Epic-to-Story/Acceptance Criteria decomposition


• Hands‑on software development background and delivered IoT integrations


• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end mobile architecture: APIs, cloud, data flows, security, BLE, connected devices, firmware


• Strong requirements engineering, stakeholder communication and distributed team collaboration


• Fluent written and spoken English


• Desired: connected-product delivery experience, including mobile UX specs and Figma
