Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a Senior JavaScript Engineer to join our India team as a full-time professional. You will work in a cross-functional squad to design, build, and deploy frontend experiences for the RemitIntel Application.

Requirements include 6+ years frontend with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, 2+ years TypeScript and Angular 11+, RxJS and NgXs. You will collaborate with US teams, drive agile delivery, and ensure code quality across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3.
• At least 2 years of experience with TypeScript and Angular 11+.
• Proficiency in RxJS operators and state management libraries such as NgXs.
• Monorepo experience with Nx (Nrwl) and version control with Git/Git hooks.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Collaborate with cross-functional US and vendor teams to define software requirements and translate them into scalable frontend architectures.
• Core Development: Engineer high-quality, reusable components and services using Angular (11+), TypeScript, and RxJS.
• Code Quality & Governance: Lead the pull-request process and code reviews to maintain low bug rates and ensure production-grade reliability.
• System Lifecycle Management: Manage the full application lifecycle, from initial requirements analysis and debugging to deployment and refactoring.
• Agile Integration: Drive delivery within an Agile/SCRUM framework with transparent task updates and alignment between onshore and offshore teams.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Maintain high-touch communication with US counterparts, including staggered shift availability during critical phases.

About the role:

As a Senior JavaScript Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project Phase 2 Customer Expansion: Design, build, and deploy the next-generation, customer-facing RemitIntel Application.

• System Lifecycle Management:Manage the full application lifecycle, from initial requirements analysis and debugging to deployment and continuous refactoring
• Agile Integration:Drive delivery within anAgile/SCRUMframework, providing transparent task updates and ensuring alignment between onshore and offshore teams
• Cross-Border Collaboration:Maintain high-touch communication with US counterparts, including staggered shift availability (2pm11pm) during critical design and delivery phases

Requirements:

• Frontend Expertise:6+ years of hands-on experience withJavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated toTypeScript
• Angular Mastery:2+ years of experience withAngular 11+component architecture, including directives, pipes, and migration strategies to newer versions
• Advanced State & Logic:Proficiency inRxJS operatorsand state management libraries such asNgXs
• Monorepo & Tooling:Proven experience withNx (Nrwl)for monorepo management and proficiency inGit/Git hooksvia terminal/PowerShell
• UI Frameworks:Hands-on experience withKendo UI, Angular Material, or SpreadJSlibraries
• Communication:Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interface effectively with international (US) technical teams
