Job summary

Ciklum, a custom product engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Lead Delivery Manager to oversee multi-project delivery in the Banking/Financial Services domain in India. You will drive Agile practices, manage large distributed teams, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes across complex programs.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years IT experience with 5+ years in delivery/program management, strong governance, risk management, and enterprise

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Project Management roles.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience managing large distributed teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong experience in risk management, dependency management, and delivery governance.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience working in global delivery environments.
• Exposure to AI-enabled delivery practices and productivity tools.
• Experience leading modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams comprising software engineers, QA engineers, business analysts, architects, and Scrum teams
• Drive Agile delivery practices, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology leadership to define roadmaps, priorities, and delivery milestones
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Establish delivery governance, reporting mechanisms, and project health metrics
• Ensure effective resource planning, capacity management, and utilization across programs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and delivery excellence
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio management activities

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution and delivery of large-scale technology programs within the Banking, Financial Services, and Payments domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile delivery, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across complex enterprise initiatives.
