Job summary

Openhire in Bengaluru seeks an Academic Counselor to guide prospective students and align career goals with our EdTech programs. You will drive enrollments through counseling and sales, and you should enjoy meaningful conversations that help students make informed decisions.

You will engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails and demos, understand requirements, explain curriculum and fees, and manage the end-to-end admission with CRM updates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or inside sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in explaining academic programs and career pathways.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities
