A Senior Inside Sales Executive is a professional who converts pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.

• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities using digital resources in the selected market segment.
• Expand the database of prospects within the target territory and maintain a healthy CRM. Ensure that the CRM is well maintained with adequate information regarding the target account.
• Build the sales pipeline by being effective in Prospecting, interacting, and developing rapport with target accounts via networking, emailing, and calls.
• Customize the outreach accordingly, generate interest and stimulate accounts to achieve meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to easily call, connect and interact with potential customers.
• Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls.
• Continuously analyze the lead generation strategies and collaborate with the team to develop new strategies.
