Job summary

LeadSquared is seeking an Implementation Consultant to work closely with BFSI clients and internal teams to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and configure solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in SaaS implementations or workflow configuration.
• Experience with BFSI clients preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured, scalable configurations.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent).

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple customer engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
