Job summary

LeadSquared is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive onboarding and deployment ofLeadSquareds platform for clients. You will translate client requirements into configurations, build workflows, and manage delivery end-to-end, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams.

You will guide users through training, ensure successful go-live, and maintain high customer satisfaction while handling multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS/CRM domain.
• Strong understanding of workflows, APIs, and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Experience in CRM/Marketing Automation is a plus.
• Exposure to tools like CRM, ERP, or automation platforms.
• Basic technical understanding (APIs, webhooks, data mapping).
