Job summary

LeadSquared is seeking an Implementation Consultant (LOS) to work with BFSI clients and internal teams to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and configure solutions that drive measurable outcomes. You will guide customers through discovery, solution design, deployment, and adoption.

You will conduct requirement‑gathering, map current and future processes, configure workflows, coordinate integrations, and prepare functional docs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in LOS implementations, business analysis, or workflow configuration roles.
• Experience with BFSI clients or understanding of financial services processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured, scalable solution configurations.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple customer engagements.
