About Arcedior
Arcedior is a growing furniture, interiors, and procurement solutions company serving hospitality, commercial, residential, and international clients. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Head who can build a strong people function, strengthen processes, and support the companys aggressive growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete HR function including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, L&D, Payroll, Policies, and Employee Relations.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Arcediors business and growth objectives.
- Build a strong recruitment engine for hiring across Sales, Projects, Sourcing, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership roles.
- Own the complete hiring lifecycle from manpower planning and sourcing to onboarding and retention.
- Establish and monitor KPI/KRA and Performance Management Systems across departments.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, communication, and retention initiatives.
- Develop structured onboarding, induction, training, and career development programs.
- Ensure HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, compliance, and employee documentation are properly managed.
- Work closely with department heads to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Build HR dashboards and regularly report key metrics such as headcount, attrition, time-to-hire, offer acceptance, vacancies, and employee performance.
- Strengthen HR processes, SOPs, and systems using HR technology and automation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns professionally.
- Develop succession planning and leadership development initiatives for critical positions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the CEO and leadership team.
Key Requirements
- 1215 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong experience across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, PMS, L&D, Employee Engagement, and HR Strategy.
- Experience working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial, or mid-sized organization.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven approach with strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics.
- Ability to build processes from scratch while remaining hands-on with execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work directly with senior leadership.
- Experience in manufacturing, furniture, interiors, architecture, retail, hospitality, or project-based businesses will be an advantage.
