The Senior Manager/DGM – HR will lead payroll, benefits, policy development and compliance, mentor the HR team, and partner with leaders on manpower planning and development.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.
• Sound knowledge of talent management and performance management systems.
• Experience in Engineering / Infrastructure / EPC / Consulting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work strategically as well as hands-on with HR operations.
