We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with our core business, engineering, and marketplace operations teams. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating organizational people strategies into effective day-to-day execution.
The ideal candidate will help build scalable teams, drive employee engagement, strengthen performance management, and ensure alignment between business objectives and people strategies in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Partner closely with engineering, business, operations, and department heads to understand workforce requirements and implement tailored HR strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters.
Drive organizational alignment and support business growth through effective HR interventions.
Implement and manage comprehensive performance evaluation frameworks.
Align employee and team KPIs with organizational and marketplace growth objectives.
Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, feedback discussions, and performance improvement plans.
Drive a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and high performance.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to forecast hiring requirements and workforce needs.
Support manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational restructuring where required.
Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees into respective business units.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Address employee concerns and workplace issues through structured grievance resolution mechanisms.
Strengthen organizational culture and promote collaboration across teams.
Conduct regular employee interactions and feedback sessions to identify engagement gaps.
Track and analyze key HR metrics including attrition, workforce trends, employee engagement, absenteeism, and performance data.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership for effective decision-making.
Utilize HRMS and analytics tools to improve HR processes and reporting accuracy.
4–7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, or similar roles.
Experience in fast-paced technology companies, startups, B2B platforms, supply chain, logistics, or heavy operational environments will be preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to influence, coach, and align managers and teams.
Hands-on experience in performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
Familiarity with HRMS platforms and performance analytics tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
Prior experience in high-growth technology, supply chain, marketplace, logistics, or operations-driven organizations will be an added advantage.
