Job summary

JR One Kothari Footwear is seeking a Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for its footwear manufacturing facility in Perambalur. The role focuses on blue-collar hiring, strong sourcing, and timely closures, with work from the factory location in Perambalur.

You will handle the full lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, lead bulk hiring for operators, technicians and supervisors, and coordinate salary negotiations and joining formalities.

Position: Senior HR Recruiter

Job Location: Eraiyur,Perambalur (Tiruchirappalli District)

Reporting To: Head - Human Resources

Industry Preference: Manufacturing Industry experience(Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our footwear manufacturing facility at Perambalur. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in blue-collar hiring, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines. The candidate must be willing to work from the factory location in Perambalur.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through Local consultants and manpower agencies, Employee referrals, Job portals (Apna, Work India, etc.), Social media (WhatsApp, Facebook groups) , Job fairs, Industrial Training Institutes (ITI), Walk-in interviews, Local community and village references
• Conduct resume screening, telephonic screening, and HR interviews.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, joining formalities.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification.
• Lead bulk hiring for factory operators, technicians, helpers, supervisors, and other positions.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and candidate records.
