Job summary

Impetus Career Consultants in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Healthcare RCM/BPO roles, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals and referrals, and screening candidates against process and RCM requirements.

You will handle bulk hiring, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain trackers, and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely placements and strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Healthcare RCM/BPO.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Experience in lateral, bulk/mass hiring and stakeholder coordination.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
