Job summary

Atithi Industrial Solutions in Haryana is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead manpower planning, recruitment, and payroll for 1000+ employees across multiple sites. The role emphasizes compliance with labour laws, process standardization, and client-focused HR support.

You will oversee training, employee relations, MIS reporting, and team management while ensuring cost-effective staffing and timely deployments to 9 states, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and digital salary

Responsibilities

  • Forecast manpower needs for 50+ client sites and coordinate deployment across 9 states.
  • Source and hire skilled manpower (chefs, cooks, helpers, storekeepers, site managers) and build state-wise channels.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws (PF, ESI, minimum wages, Shops & Establishments, CLRA) and maintain statutory records.
  • Oversee monthly payroll for 1000+ employees, implement biometric systems, ensure wage accuracy and digital disbursement.
  • Develop grievance redressal, monitor morale and hygiene, implement engagement programs, manage transfers/rotations.
  • Conduct training on food safety, customer service, safety protocols, and create skill development plans.
  • Ensure 100% policy compliance, prohibit cash transactions and personal accounts, standardize HR processes.
  • Act as HR contact for client escalations, support business development with manpower proposals and cost structures.
  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards: headcount, new hires, attrition, compliance, payroll, grievance resolution.
  • Lead regional HR executives, train and monitor performance, build a multi-state HR team.

1. Manpower Planning & Deployment
  • Forecast manpower needs for 50+ client sites based on contracts and client requirements.
  • Ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of kitchen staff, supervisors, and support workers across 9 states.
  • Maintain an updated manpower database and workforce planning chart.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Source and hire skilled manpower (chefs, cooks, helpers, storekeepers, site managers).
  • Develop state-wise recruitment channels and tie-ups (consultants, agencies, institutes).
  • Ensure cost-effective hiring with minimum turnaround time.
3. Compliance & Statutory Management
  • Ensure adherence to all labour laws across states (PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishments, CLRA, etc.).
  • Maintain statutory registers and documentation for all sites.
  • Liaise with government officials during inspections and audits.
  • Ensure timely filing and payment of all statutory dues.
4. Payroll & Attendance
  • Oversee monthly payroll for 1000+ (example scale) employees across multiple sites.
  • Implement biometric/attendance systems to reduce manual errors and absenteeism.
  • Ensure accuracy of wage calculation, overtime, and statutory deductions.
  • Disburse salaries only through approved digital channels (no cash payments).
5. Employee Relations & Retention
  • Develop employee grievance redressal system.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor staff morale, discipline, and hygiene practices.
  • Implement employee engagement programs to reduce attrition.
  • Manage transfers, rotations, and settlements fairly and efficiently.
6. Training & Development
  • Conduct regular training programs for:
  • Food safety & hygiene (FSSAI standards).
  • Customer service and client interaction.
  • Safety, fire-fighting, and emergency protocols.
  • Create skill development plans for career growth of staff.
7. Policy Implementation & Discipline
  • Ensure 100% compliance with company policies:
  • Zero cash transactions.
  • No personal email/mobile/bank account usage for company work.
  • Strict accountability and approvals.
  • Standardize HR processes across all sites.
8. Coordination & Client Support
  • Act as HR contact point for client escalations related to manpower.
  • Support business development with manpower proposals and cost structures.
  • Ensure manpower is available at client sites without disruption to services.
9. MIS & Reporting
  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards:
  • Headcount, new hires, attrition.
  • Compliance status (PF, ESI, CLRA).
  • Payroll accuracy and grievance resolution.
  • Submit state-wise compliance and manpower reports to management.
10. Team Management
  • Lead regional HR executives/field officers.
  • Train and monitor their performance.
  • Build a responsive HR team to handle multi-state operations.
