Job summary

Orbit Corporation in Surat is seeking an HR Leader to develop and implement HR policies, lead recruitment for technical roles, and drive onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.

You will oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave and statutory compliance, handle disciplinary matters, and maintain HRIS dashboards, reports and KRAs/KPIs. Collaboration with leadership on manpower planning and organization development is essential.

• Identify training needs & Coordinate internal and external training programs.
