Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to handle end-to-end HR management, including talent acquisition, payroll, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, and induction.
• Manage payroll processing, salary calculations, attendance, and leave management.
• Handle PF, ESI, statutory compliance, labour laws, and statutory filings.
• Oversee employee engagement, performance coordination, disciplinary actions, and termination.
• Manage exit formalities, full and final settlement, and relieving documentation.
• Handle recruitment portals, statutory portals, employee records, and HR policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in employee lifecycle management and HR administration.
• Proficiency in payroll systems, and recruitment portals.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end HR functions.
